Thursday, January 3rd, 2002 Berks county has to have to worse drivers in all the world... not even just Berks county, but all these backwards hick counties. Honestly... everyday I have people in my lane, people who NEVER turn off their high beams on back roads. Plus, once they get onto a real road with a median and 4 lanes, they turn them on thinking the people on the other side won't see them. Yeah right! Hey! Buddy! You are invisible!
